Ege Carpets delivered a bespoke wall-to-wall solution for the exhibition WONDER in the Renwick Grand Salon at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, developed in collaboration with artist Janet Echelman. Created within the Highline concept, the custom carpet design translates the artist’s distinctive visual language into an immersive flooring experience.

Designed for the culture and leisure segment, the installation supports the exhibition’s atmospheric narrative with a fluid and expressive aesthetic. The design is both artistic and engaging, complementing the spatial experience while meeting the functional demands of a museum environment.

Produced in Highline 1100 and Highline 80/20 1400 WT qualities, the 500 m² installation reflects a seamless integration of art, design, and performance.
